What are the benefits of the TotalCare program?

Each program includes a number of included service hours each month, a discount on service rates, priority scheduling and extended hours of support. 

Do the Monthly Included Hours carry over to the next month if they are not used?

Of course! That wouldn’t be cool if they didn’t. Monthly Included Hours do expire upon termination of TotalCare program.

What are the "Break-Even” Monthly Hours and Annual Days?

That is the number of hours per month or days per year needed that that will justify the program. All additional hours and travel used will save at the discounted rate – gravy!

How does the Priority Scheduling work?

All TotalCare clients receive priority scheduling over others. Scheduling is prioritized by TotalCare program after that. 

How does the Extended Hours Support work?

We make every effort to provide TotalCare clients with support outside of typical 9-5 business hours. Platinum clients receive our best efforts to provide 24/7 support. Despite our best efforts, we can't guarantee extended hours of support in every case. 

What does TotalCare cost?

The TotalCare cost is based on the program – Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. Clients can choose to go month-to-month, or save an additional 10% and lock in rates by prepaying annually. 

Can I use TotalCare for new installations?

You certainly can, but you can't buy just one month for a discounted installation.
